Help with an existing booking
Your booking is made with GetYourGuide or Agoda. We do not have access to your reservation and cannot process appointments, cancellations, refunds or hotel requests ourselves.
To do this, use the contact option in your booking confirmation or in your account on the respective platform. The organizer named in the tour confirmation will also help with pick-up times.
